Dostałem powiadomienie, że jest do mnie paczka z USA, nie są to rzeczy na handel i nie mają dużej wartości. W piśmie które otrzymałem, jest napisane, że muszę dokonać zgłoszenia celnego na formularzu Jednolitego Dokumentu Administracyjnego SAD.
Natomiast na stronie Izby Celnej wyczytałem, że SAD należy wypełnić tylko jeżeli wartość paczki jest większa niż 1000 euro lub są to rzeczy na handel.

Co mam zrobić w takiej sytuacji?

Próbowałem skontaktować się z Urzędem Celnym, ale nie idzie się dodzwonić.

Jeśli to mała wartość to trzeba próbować dodzwonić się do urzędu i wyjaśnić sprawę. Jeśli chcę dokument SAD to trzeba znaleźć najbliższą agencję celną i zrobić taki dokument - to jest koszt kilkudziesięciu złotych.
Jeśli towar jest małej wartości (na deklaracji) ale jest go powiedzmy kilkadziesiąt sztuk to zazwyczaj UC go ocli.
